Install a Sunvolt Energy Storage System (ESS) with Solar Hub and select a bonus gift between 1st August 2025 and 30th September 2025. T&C's apply.

To redeem this offer, you will need to upload photos of the following:

  1. Proof of purchase Invoice or Sales Receipt - showing Payment in full

  2. Serial Number - found on the front of the ESS (On the ICON- a device with Flashing lights -visible inside the switch board on the front of the ESS). Please do not use serial numbers from invoice or back of the box.

  3. All other details required should be found on your receipt/invoice.

Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation email within a 4-week period, please ensure you check your spam and junk email folders. If you have checked and cannot find an email, your entry has not been received, and you will need to re-enter your details.  

 

Redemptions will receive an automatically generated redemption confirmation email based on the details submitted with each entry. 12. Fill in the redemption form and upload your proof of purchase (Sales Receipt - showing Payment in full, the Model Number, Serial Number, Photo of your serial number, Quantities & Purchase Date) and submit.

13. Redemptions will receive an automatically generated redemption confirmation email based on the details submitted with each entry. Please note: the email is confirmation that we have received your entry only and it does not guarantee that your redemption has been successful. All redemptions submitted are reviewed by the Panasonic Promotions Team to ensure they meet the terms and conditions for this promotional offer. Please keep this email for your records.

14. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to complete the redemption form online. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Panasonic New Zealand Limited (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a gift.

 

Alter/Conclude

21. Panasonic New Zealand Limited reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this Promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Panasonic New Zealand Limited has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Panasonic New Zealand Limited is final.

Roof and Installation Specifications 

  • Maximum allowable roof pitch: 25 degrees. 

  • Additional charges may apply for roof types other than tile and iron.

  • Height access equipment is not included and may incur additional charges if required.

6. Travel and Location 

  • Travel and installation costs are included for standard service areas. 

  • A travel expense may be added for installations outside standard service areas, based on the location. ​
